BUT DO BEWARE DEAR CHEFFER of knowing too much. Once you see how Tiny Chef makes his show, you may never see it quite the same way. The Chef takes SUCH special care with every single detail and oversees absolutely everything himself. Sure, he makes it look easy and off-the-hoof… but the real truth is every single moment matters to Chef. So much care, love, and attention go into everything he does. That spirit and honor trickles down to all of us here and makes Cheffing equal parts a tiny pain in the ass, and a twue-twue pleasure.
The clip above filmed by Rachel Larsen is the first ever known recorded footage of Tiny Chef captured in 2018. Chef is visibly nervous here, but his banjo skills are plerfection.

Rachel Larsen, Ozlem Akturk, and Adam Reid (“Bashel, Bozi, and Madam” respectively) basically stopped living their own life and started taking all their direction from the Tiny Chef in 2019.
“Another Pie Bites The Dust” was Chef’s first video where he uses his voice.
It was during this initial blast of teamwork the Tiny Chef made the biggest leaps in his tiny on-screen career. Shaking off his nerves by singing songs he loves out loud, the short segments were an instant success on Instagram and drew tiny attention.
Rachel and Tiny Chef met in New Zealand where she was working (in Christchurch) on an children’s series. Rachel felt like she had known Tiny Chef forever and Tiny Chef felt the same. Together they filmed out of her backyard in a stump kitchen she helped Chef build.
Chef’s first Holiday Album gave all proceeds to Farm Sanctuary so Chef could Adopt Sweet Pea The Scottish Highland Cow. The very first of many animals Chef would adopt over time. Sweet Pea holds a special place in Chef’s heart.
With only a small Instagram Audience Cheffy and The Tiny Team sold over a 1,000 copies of his holiday album raising $5k for Farm Sanctuary and Sweet Pea.
