TINY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Please see the following Terms and Conditions Agreement. By submitting the image(s) to art@thetinychefshow.com we understand that you (on your own behalf and on the behalf of any others with rights in the image): 

1. grant to Tiny Chef Productions LLC (“Us” and “We”) and its successors, assigns and licensees a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license but not the obligation, to use and display the image(s) you have sent to us (each an “Image”) on the Tiny Chef Instagram (@thetinychefshow), the Tiny Chef YouTube channel, Tik Tok, on the Tiny Chef website  (www.thetinychefshow.com) and any other digital platform, now existing or hereafter devised, in perpetuity throughout the universe. 

2. grant to Us a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable right and license to use and display the name, likeness, voice, conversation, sounds, biographical material, and any other identification attributes of the individual(s) in the Image on the Tiny Chef Instagram, the Tiny Chef YouTube channel and on the Tiny Chef  website; 

3. grant to use the right to adapt, modify, add to or take from the Image, and to combine the  same with any other images; 

4. represent to Us that you have the right to make these grants, that the consent of no other  person or entity is required to enable Us to use the Image as described herein, that making  these grants will not infringe on the rights of others, and that you will indemnify Us if any of  these representations are not correct; 

5. hereby release Us and hold Us harmless from all claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have arising from the use, display, or editing described above; 

6. you agree not to terminate or revoke the rights granted hereunder in the Image, or seek or  obtain injunctive relief or other equitable relief; and 

7. understand that we are not obligated to actually exercise any of these rights; and 

8. if applicable and you are a minor, your parent(s) or persons having custody over you, have  consented to your submitting the Image and all of the terms, conditions, rights and obligations  contained herein; and warrant that you will not disaffirm or disavow Us using the Image as set  forth herein on the grounds that you are a minor or on any other similar grounds.
